Wills gets revamp

Yallingup's award-winning restaurant-winery Wills Domain will close this week as part of an interior renovation.

The 10-year-old cellar door and its newer restaurant, fronted by chef Seth James, will feature a vin au verre wine preservation system for temperature- controlled wines by the glass, and wine-based cocktails will be added after the renovation.

Managing director Darren Haunold said the project would bring his family's dream one step closer to reality.

"We want to connect more with the energy and sophistication of the brand that is reflective of the people who now work here, while also engaging our customers with a more intimate and textured experience," he said.

Wills Domain closes on Monday and re-opens on September 1.
