Yallingup venue Aramia will host a cycling event like no other next month when industry professionals attend the first Legend’s Night.

Aramia head chef Evan Hayter will be joined by Muster’s Sean Carter to create a cocktail-style dinner menu for guests to feast on throughout the night as they celebrate the Tour of Margaret River and the professional cyclists taking part.

The Tour of Margaret River cuts it’s way through the region in a pro-am event which sees amateur cyclists and their teams compete with and against some of the very best riders in the country. Robbie McEwen, Simon Clarke, Mitch Docker, Damien Howson and Cameron and Travis Meyer will attend the night with a panel-style discussion planned.

Tour co-ordinator Brendon Morrison said the Legend’s Night idea was based on a similar event held during the Tour Down Under.

He said it was a chance for people to mingle with the cyclists who come to the event.

“The event is aimed at anyone who has got an interest in cycling,” he said.

Mr Morrison said the panel discussion would include funny stories from members and added McEwan would be an interesting panel member to watch.

The red carpet event will take place from 6pm on November 7.

Tickets are available for $125 at www.tourofmargaretriver.com

Guests will also take part in a tasting of the Aramia wine within the cellar.
