Hungry Jacks will open its doors in Busselton next month.

The fast food giant applied to the City of Busselton to change signage at the former Chicken Treat site on Albert Street earlier this year.

Hungry Jacks national marketing director Paul Tredinnick said the restaurant was expected to begin trading before Easter.

He said they were currently interviewing staff, with more than 50 roles to be filled.

“A job with Hungry Jack’s is a great way to kick start your working life and gain valuable skills,” Mr Tredinnick said.

“We’re extremely supportive of career progression, and in fact, many of our corporate executives started off as crew members in their local stores.”

He added they were excited to bring an outlet to Busselton.

The franchise previously applied to rezone a site on High Street for a restaurant in 2012 and was the subject of a social media campaign to bring it to town in 2010.
