Busselton has Anzac spirit (pictures)

More than 1500 people enjoyed Anzac Day commemorations as the rain held off in Busselton yesterday.

The dawn service, followed by a parade through Queen Street and a 10am dedication service, attracted a strong turnout.

Busselton RSL’S Annette Jones said hundreds of people enjoyed activities at the club throughout the day, including morning tea, lunch and games of two-up.

She attributed the higher numbers to the extra-long weekend in conjunction with Easter.
