The 14th annual Busselton Hospice calendar is available for purchase, with images from award-winning photographer Christian Fletcher once again gracing the pages.

Hospice co-ordinator Liz Bickley said the calendar included great local photos and was a major fundraiser for the hospice, raising about $15,000 a year.

“They are all local landscape photos taken from our beaches and some of the wineries and bush scenes,” she said.

“It’s used for the hospice service to provide ongoing care for people with palliative illnesses.”

South West Precision Print have been printing the calendar for several years and recently picked up a gold award for their efforts with last year’s calendar.

Director Gian Kurmann said it was a great project which he was really “proud and happy” to be a part of.

“It’s the highest honour for printing in WA,” he said.

“I think we’re the only business outside of the metro area that has a look-in in these things.”

The calendar is available for $15 from the Busselton and Dunsborough visitors’ centres, Callows Newsagency and the Hospice itself.
