Local brothers Brian and Ed had an awesome fishing trip swapping mulies for 90cm pinkies in Geographe Bay on Saturday 11th August.

Ben Lupton’s haul of a 63kg tuna has become a famous local tale in recent weeks. Ben caught the blue fin tuna about 4km offshore on his own in his 3.7m aluminium dinghy. Ben goes out fishing almost every day after school and had never caught a fish of this size in Dunsborough before.

Four-year-old Max Leach was a happy fisher when he landed this flathead catch at the Dunsborough boat ramp on Sunday, August 4. Dad Jonathan said the fish was 47cm and it took Max an agonising 50 minutes to land it.
