A car has driven off the ledge of a Sydney shopping centre car park after hitting multiple vehicles.

Police were called to the DFO Homebush about 9.55am Saturday following reports of a crash.

A sedan collided with three vehicles before it drove off the car park ledge, landing in a loading dock below.

The driver and passenger of the sedan — a 59-year-old man and 68-year-old woman — were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for chest pains.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said they suffered minor injuries and were taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

No one else was injured and an investigation has been launched.
