Cape Lodge paired up with The Truffle and Wine Co last Saturday to demonstrate the quality of South West truffles.

More than 40 people converged at the Yallingup winery for the event, where they witnessed a truffle-hunting demonstration and presentation about the burgeoning industry.

A feast was prepared by Cape Lodge’s Tony Howell, which featured the Manjimup-grown truffles.

Ian Parmenter said the region’s black truffle industry was destined to becoming the world’s biggest, with the Truffle and Wine Co leading the charge.
