It was a show with a difference in Dunsborough earlier this month as op shop clothing hit the catwalk.

St George’s Anglican Church Op Shop hosted a fashion parade on October 3, with the event celebrating the variety of clothing options available.

The crowd of 110 attendees at the St George’s Family Centre hall also raised funds to support community based projects.

Op shop manager Anna Morris and event planner Sharon Wilkins worked with a team of volunteers to put on the parade, which featured 11 models showcasing numerous stylish pre-loved garments.

As well as being shown the range and quality of op shop fashion options, attendees were treated to food and drink prepared by Barbara Nigg and her team.

Event organisers described the parade as a “resounding success” which supported the op shop’s charitable efforts while celebrating sustainable fashion.
