Cape Lodge is launching a new series of sunset concerts for 2019, with the first taking place this Sunday.

Beautifully Mad, a collaboration between two award-winning Australian songwriters, will be the first performance in the series, from 5pm-7pm.

One part of the duo is ARIA winner Tony King (named Australian songwriter of the year 2009) — the other half is award-winning songwriter and former actor Nina Vox.

Cape Lodge general manager Drew Bernhardt said the series was set to run quarterly.

“It will be a wonderful evening of nice music, sitting on our lawns under the stars,” he said.

A selection of wine will be available from a pop-up bar, and concert-goers are invited to bring rugs, lawn chairs and picnic food.

Concert-only tickets are $65 and include a glass of bubbles on arrival.

Tickets can also be coupled with a post-concert two-course seafood supper for $140.
