Be part of festival art market
Organisers are encouraging craftspeople to get involved in the art market as part of the Dunsborough Arts Festival running from Friday, March 2 to Monday, March 5.
The festival began in 2000 as a small morning event on the Dunsborough Foreshore and has grown to a four-day event including an outdoor sculpture exhibition, concerts, workshops and a youth talent show.
Craftspeople are encouraged to showcase their handcrafted works at the Art Market on Sunday, March 4.
Festival co-ordinator Jacquie Happ said the art market was an integral part of the festival.
“We love seeing the colourful items at the market during the festival and there is such a variety of handmade goods out there,” she said.
Items available at the market include sculptures, jewellery, sewn items, paintings and prints. For information, email jacquie@happs pottery.com.au.
