Assault witnesses sought

Dunsborough police are seeking information from anyone who saw an alleged assault out-side The Pourhouse on Saturday night.

At 11.20pm, police arrived at the scene after it was alleged 15 men were fighting outside the bar on Dunn Bay Road.

Senior Constable Kelly Player said when police arrived, several men ran away and two men approached the officers and said they had been assaulted.

It is believed the alleged attackers were not known to the victims.

“We’d like people to come forward if anyone saw anything,” Sen. Const. Player said.

“We need people to give us evidence, people who saw the fight.”
